Our Mission
Diane's Pets rescues dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, rabbits, birds, reptiles and many other small animals, including chickens. These animals come from local homes, shelters and several out-of-state rescues. Many of the pets available for adoption were rescued from kill shelters, abusive situations, hazardous environments, or were just not wanted anymore. Our ongoing mission is to give these pets another chance to find loving homes and create a future where animals no longer have to suffer. Pet of The Month is Ezra!
Ezra, is a 2.5 yr. old Schnoodle that weighs about 35 lbs. He and his five littermates were born on June 19, 2022, from a backyard breeder. They were in very poor condition, extremely dirty, matted, and underweight. All of them have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and shaved down. Ezra has come a long way. He is shy at first but after a little coaxing he comes around. He is still frightened of men but loves women. He would do best in a home with another confident dog. He has transformed from being neglected, starved, and unsocialized into a lovable guy.
