The Low-Cost Vaccine Clinic will be broken down by hour time slots. Please fill out the form below to schedule an appointment time slot. If you need help with the form or do not have a computer please call 610-970-7500 (option 3) and we will assist you in making an appointment.
1. On the day of the clinic, Please arrive and sign in during your scheduled time slot.
2. After payment your name will be called when it is your turn. Feel free to shop in the store while you wait! If you have no shopping to do, please wait in the building or outside close to the building, If you prefer to wait in your car request this at sign in.
3. Once you are notified, you can go directly back to the Vaccine Clinic area. Please secure your dog(s) on a short leash and/or your cat(s) in a carrier.
4. Once your pet(s) have received their services, exit the clinic area.
